4-Player Frog Pond for your Commodore C64

This one is called ' Frogs ' and was developed by Christian Gleinser of Dr. Wuro Industries. Classed as a 4 player arcade game ( good luck finding 4 people ), you play as a little frog that has to jump across from rock to lily pad, while trying not to fall in as the lily pads vanish. But as an extra bit of fun factor, you also have a powerful tongue that if used at the right time can knock your opponent into the water with a big splash!

Released via CSDb and the main website, Frogs is a lovely game to play that everyone in the family would enjoy. It's easy to control, the graphics are charming, the little froggies are cute, and the music is every bit as as good as the gameplay. The only thing lacking is a single player mode against the AI, because as we said it isn't easy finding 4 people to play with.

It's spring time again, and the FROGS are hanging around at the pond, listening to funky freestyle music and trying to prove who's the coolest of them all. For this, they are competing in some funny competitions, which you can re-enact using your Commodore C64/C128, in a group of up to 4 players!

Throw your froggy friends into the pond by slapping them with your tongue, or eat all those tasty bugs before the other players are able to catch them!

This great action game supports the "Classical Games 4-Player Interface", which you can buy online for little money, or you can even build one by yourself. More information about this device can be found here.

Alternatively, you can also use the "SuperPad64 adapter" and play the game using Super NES controllers. More information about this device can (soon) be found here.
